    This is the second Haidilao I have been to and it did not disappoint at all. Everything across the board was top tier. The interior is so large and clean and well decorated. The food quality and amazing and delicious. The staff go above and beyond to provide you with an amazing experience. They have noodle dances, lots of happy birthdays, and ever another Chinese mask-changing dance show.

    This was my first time ever going to Haidilao and both the food and service were amazing. I did not have any expectations of how it would go, but I was blown away by the quality of the food and the service. Shauna, our server, was super attentive and accommodating to our needs. Hotpot can be a confusing experience, but having staff that are so understanding and attentive is the key to a good dining experience. I liked how our table was kept clean and our waters and soups were always full. The atmosphere of my meal was enjoyable and filled with upbeat music. If you do come here, I would recommend Shauna as your server! I would definitely be back again for more! :)Food: /Atmosphere: /Service: /Overall: /Vegetarian options: Not all soup bases have meat in them. You order the ingredients on a tablet with pictures, so you can tell what contains meat and what is vegetarian.

    I had an amazing experience at Haidilao! The service was absolutely outstanding, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The environment was clean, cozy, and very welcoming. A special shoutout to the lovely young lady who served us—she was not only beautiful but also extremely thoughtful and attentive to every detail, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the effort and care she put into her service. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Haidilao to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

    Had an amazing dining experience at Haidilao! The moment I walked in, the warm welcome from the staff made me feel right at home. The waiters were extremely attentive throughout the meal, promptly refilling drinks and ensuring the table was clean.The food was super fresh and delicious. The signature tomato soup base was so rich and flavorful that I couldn't stop slurping. The handmade noodles, skillfully twisted and cooked right at the table, added a fun touch.Even when the restaurant was busy, the service quality never dropped. It's truly a place that combines great food with outstanding service. Highly recommended to everyone! Five stars all the way!
